What This Video Shows

This aluminium block is disassembled, fixed and ready. First, I remove fuel and excess oil and protect sensitive treated surfaces.

I check the aluminium response on the small outside. Then I'm controlled to remove the appropriate linings without promises of miraculous polishing.

The suction, reflection protection and correct adjustment are part of the process. Cleaning is not repairing cracks or worn sealants.

Check for suitability before starting

The block must be ready for treatment without fuel or excess oil. Sensitive treated surfaces are protected. We check the suitability on a small outside. Cleaning does not correct cracks, deformations or worn sealing surfaces.

The application requires training, appropriate laser safety glasses, access control and particulate and smoke extraction. The choice of protection and filters depends on the actual work.
