Why are vibra engines important for production ?
Vibration engines are indispensable in production, as they prevent a key problem: material accumulation. This accumulation not only inhibits productivity but also affects the quality of the product, as the materials stop in corners, walls or areas with a smaller drop. Such blockade stops the smooth flow of materials, causing interference in the packaging process.
The biggest challenge arises in industries where the purity of the product is crucial – such as the food, pharmaceutical and cosmetic industries. The use of additives such as siliceous powder (Silpernat) is one solution, but we are all aware that this is not a healthy or natural choice, especially when it comes to food or food supplements. To ensure completely clean products without accessories, vibration engines are the safest and most effective solution.
Through vibration, materials mimic fluid movement. This means that they are distributed evenly without gathering or forming lumps. Without these engines it would be almost impossible to achieve accurate and effective packaging without the use of harmful additives, which in the long term means a better quality product and a lower risk to consumer health.
Example: In the production of food supplements, the use of vibration engines allowed company X to reduce the use of Silpernate, thereby creating a more natural product, which consequently increased customer confidence and sales.
