Question 1

What does ink ink make up?

Accepted Answer

What does ink ink make up? Inkjet ink is a complex mixture of several components that together allow quality printing. These components include: Solvents – the basis of the ink that dissolves dyes or pigments allows even distribution and quick drying on paper. Surfactants – lowers the surface tension of the ink, allowing the smooth spread of drops on paper and prevents stains. Disperses – maintain pigments evenly suspended in ink, preventing settling and ensuring uniform colour saturation. Humectants – hold moisture in ink, prevent it from drying out in the print head, thereby prolonging the printer’s life. Kosolventi – improve the solubility of dyes and pigments and adjust the viscosity of the ink for optimal printer performance. Appendices – include preservatives that prevent the growth of micro-organisms and stabilisers that prolong inks. Why aren't the siloxes suitable for printers? It is important to stress that many original inks contain siloxanes. Siloxanes are affordable additives that improve the properties of ink, but can cause long-term damage to print heads. Printing heads have silicone membranes and siloxanes can dissolve silicone, leading to damage to the printing head and shorter printer life. Why choose our ink? To prevent these problems, we have developed inks that do not contain siloxanes or other harmful ingredients. Our inks provide longer printer life and better performance, as they are designed in such a way as not to damage sensitive printer components. This will save money and time because your printer will work longer without unnecessary repairs. Choose smart and print easily Do not risk damage to your printer due to low-quality ink. Try our ink without siloxans and make sure your printer works perfectly and for a long time. Are you ready for safe and reliable printing?

Question 2

How do we extend the lifetime of print heads ?

Accepted Answer

How do we extend the life span of printing heads?Thinking about how to extend the life of the print head? The answer is simple! The key is to select inks that do not contain siloxans. Why is this so important? Siloxanes are present in both original inks and many Chinese copies. These are additives that improve the irritant properties of the ink, allowing the printing head to spray ink better and distribute it evenly on paper. At first glance, this seems to be an excellent quality. But the siloxans also have a dark side. They damage the membranes in the printing head, which is an essential part of the non-return valve. This valve is essential as it prevents the ink from leaking freely when the printing head is not in use. When the membrane is damaged by the presence of siloxanes, the printing head may fail much sooner than it would normally. There's nothing worse for a print head than inappropriate ink. Original ink or copies often contain siloxanes, which means that the printing head will suffer. In the long run, investing in quality inks that do not contain siloxans is the best solution. This will increase the life of the print head, reduce unnecessary switching costs, while maintaining the quality of the print.Choose safe ink and avoid unnecessary problems with your print head!Extend the print head life using inks without siloxanes. Avoid damage caused by original and Chinese ink!

Question 3

What is the difference between the original cartridge and the restored cartridge or toner?

Accepted Answer

It is important for our customers to know the differences between original and renovated cartridges, as these differences affect costs, ecological footprint and print quality.1. Packaging differences:Original cartridges come in attractive packaging, but we believe in practicality and ecological responsibility. Our cartridges are often packed in recycled plastic containers because we want to reduce waste. This means that you may be given the cartridge in the cottage cheese package, but that’s fine – everything can be reused.2. Ink or toner quantity:Mass production of original cartridges often results in fewer cartridges than they should be. This is not happening here – we fill the cartridges to maximum, sometimes even more. We use an advanced vacuum chamber for ink and vibration technology for toner, which ensures the best charge.3. Chips:We rarely change chips unless it's strictly necessary to operate. Most chips only serve to show the colour level, which does not represent a high value for the customer, but greatly increases the price of the product. If you want a chip function, you can add it separately.4. Price:Our cartridges are more than 70% cheaper than the original. This means that you can make substantial savings without sacrificing quality.5. An ecological aspect:All our cartridges are produced locally in Ljubljana, which means a small ecological footprint. Original cartridges are mostly produced in Asia and travel long distances, with negative environmental impacts.Support locally and work globally with our sustainable cartridges!

Question 9

What we do in the Black Council

Accepted Answer

Everything we do in the Black Council – innovation for printing and automation The World of Ink has been in the company since the year 2004 focusing on innovative solutions in the field of printing and industrial automation. Our wide range of services and products is designed to respond to the specific needs of our customers, focusing on addressing the key challenges they face in their industries. 1. High cost of printing and maintaining printers Companies and individuals often face high printing and printer maintenance costs. Our story began in 2004 with the service of cartridges and toners, which was soon upgraded by servicing printers. In 2010 we first introduced printer processing with installation in Slovenia CISA systemsthat allow cheaper printing without using expensive cartridges. This allowed customers to make significant savings in printing costs. 2. Need for flexible and cost-effective printing of labels Packaging companies often need flexible and cost-effective solutions for printing labels in smaller series. We developed a dedicated label printer from roll to rollwhich works without cartridges and allows almost free printing. This printer is ideal for companies with a large number of different label designs, as it allows printing small series if necessary. 3. Effective labelling of products with flat surfaces The manual affixing of labels on flat surface products can be time-consuming and impractical. That's why we developed automatic labeler, which allows fast and precise affixing of labels to flat surfaces. This solution is particularly useful for companies that want to increase efficiency and consistency in the labelling process. 4. Need for precise and quality metal processing Industries that require accurate and high quality metal processing often face challenges in welding different types of metal. In 2015 we started with metal treatment and welding of all types of metal by laser. Laser welding is ideal for materials such as steel, inox, gold, silver, titanium and aluminium, as it does not cause overheating and allows automatic welding, which ensures the strongest possible welding. 5. Find reliable partners for industrial automation and robotics Companies that want to improve their production efficiency often seek reliable partners for industrial automation and robotics.
