Question 2

Which printer should I buy?

Accepted Answer

An Eternal Question Without a Simple Answer The choice of ideal printer is complex because there is no universal solution. Understanding your needs is crucial: Are you looking for low maintenance costs? The speed of the printout? Easy to use? First of all, we listen to your wishes so that we can advise you on the best option without the intention to sell. We are unique in that we will give you an objective opinion and prepare an offer that is in accordance with your expectations.

Question 3

Do you rent printers?

Accepted Answer

No, I'm afraid that's not what we do. Our philosophy is that we help you choose the printer – the one that will save your money over the years that you would otherwise be renting. When deciding to buy or rent a printer, it is crucial to consider some important factors.Investment price is one of the key. You may not have any initial costs when renting, but over time the monthly costs may be added up and exceed the value of the purchase.Print Quantity is another important factor. If you print large quantities, renting often seems an attractive option. However, by purchasing a printer optimized for your needs, you save money in the long term because there are no extra rental costs.Cost of consumables is the third key factor. Buying a printer allows you to select consumables that are economical and optimized for your needs. You may not have these options in the lease agreement. If you contact us before purchasing, we will help you choose the best printer for your needs. Our goal is to save not only money but also time over the years, because your device will be adapted to your needs. You'll always be on the safe side with us.

Our support starts with installing the printer and includes tips for its optimal use. Question 7

What about the warranty when buying a used printer?

Accepted Answer

What about the warranty when buying a used printer? Buying a used printer can bring many uncertainties. You often don't know the state of the device if you're not an expert. Therefore, at the Board of Inks we advise you to bring the printer to us for a review before purchasing. Why is the printer inspection crucial? Printer review allows you to avoid unpleasant surprises. Our experts check the following key points: Print head status. Leads and paper picker. Connectivity via USB and WiFi. Operation of the ink pump. Scanner operation (for multifunction devices). Power supply, screen and keys. Such an overview provides a realistic assessment of the condition of the device, which means that you will know exactly what you are buying. How does the review service work? If you're already our client, we'll give you a free review. In addition to the inspection, we also offer advice on consumables. This will tell you if it is possible to buy cartridges, toners or other essential components for the selected printer. Used Printer Guarantee Although the warranty on used printers is often not standard, our review means that you will be able to use the device without worry. If you are buying a printer from us, we guarantee that the check is done and that the printer is in perfect condition. Why choose the World of Inks? Are you willing to risk buying a printer without an expert evaluation? We don't think so. Visit us and we will make sure you are completely satisfied with your purchase.

Question 8

What is the difference between the original cartridge and the restored cartridge or toner?

Accepted Answer

It is important for our customers to know the differences between original and renovated cartridges, as these differences affect costs, ecological footprint and print quality.1. Packaging differences:Original cartridges come in attractive packaging, but we believe in practicality and ecological responsibility. Our cartridges are often packed in recycled plastic containers because we want to reduce waste. This means that you may be given the cartridge in the cottage cheese package, but that’s fine – everything can be reused.2. Ink or toner quantity:Mass production of original cartridges often results in fewer cartridges than they should be. This is not happening here – we fill the cartridges to maximum, sometimes even more. We use an advanced vacuum chamber for ink and vibration technology for toner, which ensures the best charge.3. Chips:We rarely change chips unless it's strictly necessary to operate. Most chips only serve to show the colour level, which does not represent a high value for the customer, but greatly increases the price of the product. If you want a chip function, you can add it separately.4. Price:Our cartridges are more than 70% cheaper than the original. This means that you can make substantial savings without sacrificing quality.5. An ecological aspect:All our cartridges are produced locally in Ljubljana, which means a small ecological footprint. Original cartridges are mostly produced in Asia and travel long distances, with negative environmental impacts.Support locally and work globally with our sustainable cartridges!

Question 13

Are you authorized to serve any brand?

Accepted Answer

Are you authorized to serve any brand? No, we're not authorized service, which has both advantages and disadvantages. But why could that be an advantage to you? Advantages of independent service Repair flexibility: As an independent service, we are not limited by manufacturer guidelines, which means we can find the best solution for your device. Lower costs: Authorised service providers often charge higher prices due to the use of only original parts and a strict repair process. Faster execution: Since we are not limited to specific suppliers, we can get parts and repair faster. Adaptation to specific needs: We offer solutions that are tailored to your requirements and are not linked to the standardised manufacturer guidelines. Weaknesses to be considered Guarantee issues: If the device is still in guarantee, repair at an independent service can be considered a breach of the terms of the guarantee. Original parts: Authorised services use only original parts, while we also offer quality alternative solutions. Why choose us? Our team has over 20 years of experience in repairing a variety of devices. This is not only a fast and affordable service, but also a tailored approach. Conclusion If you need quick, flexible and affordable repair, we're the right choice. What is more important to you — strictly following the manufacturer’s guidelines or solutions that are made for you?

Question 14

What we do in the Black Council

Accepted Answer

Everything we do in the Black Council – innovation for printing and automation The World of Ink has been in the company since the year 2004 focusing on innovative solutions in the field of printing and industrial automation. Our wide range of services and products is designed to respond to the specific needs of our customers, focusing on addressing the key challenges they face in their industries. 1. High cost of printing and maintaining printers Companies and individuals often face high printing and printer maintenance costs. Our story began in 2004 with the service of cartridges and toners, which was soon upgraded by servicing printers. In 2010 we first introduced printer processing with installation in Slovenia CISA systemsthat allow cheaper printing without using expensive cartridges. This allowed customers to make significant savings in printing costs. 2. Need for flexible and cost-effective printing of labels Packaging companies often need flexible and cost-effective solutions for printing labels in smaller series. We developed a dedicated label printer from roll to rollwhich works without cartridges and allows almost free printing. This printer is ideal for companies with a large number of different label designs, as it allows printing small series if necessary. 3. Effective labelling of products with flat surfaces The manual affixing of labels on flat surface products can be time-consuming and impractical. That's why we developed automatic labeler, which allows fast and precise affixing of labels to flat surfaces. This solution is particularly useful for companies that want to increase efficiency and consistency in the labelling process. 4. Need for precise and quality metal processing Industries that require accurate and high quality metal processing often face challenges in welding different types of metal. In 2015 we started with metal treatment and welding of all types of metal by laser. Laser welding is ideal for materials such as steel, inox, gold, silver, titanium and aluminium, as it does not cause overheating and allows automatic welding, which ensures the strongest possible welding. 5. Find reliable partners for industrial automation and robotics Companies that want to improve their production efficiency often seek reliable partners for industrial automation and robotics. With our long-standing presence in industry and our own R & D capabilities, we are a reliable partner for companieswho want to optimise their processes and increase productivity.
