INOX mount levels without further reduction

I choose a combination of 3/8 and 4 mm when the device has a larger threaded connection, but I want to keep the tube 4 mm outside. Due to the higher thread the connection does not become a connection to the high flow. I also take into account the inside diameter of the pipe, its length and the needs of the consumer when dimensioning; the flow of this connection is not confirmed.

The flat design allows the tube to continue in the direction of connection. If the pipe had to bend hard right after the exit, I'll recheck the layout. The advantage of the INOX implementation is confirmed stainless steel, but I do not conclude from it on a specific steel class or resistance to any chemical. I need more detailed information for a challenging environment.

Technical data before order

Installation of pipes 4 mm and connection inspection

I stop the inlet and relieve the system by the device procedure. Then I check the thread integrity, the cleanness of the connection point and the condition of the pipe. For a pipe of 4 mm it is important that the end is properly prepared, without damage and cut off as instructed by the manufacturer. I'm not trying to save the damaged end by pushing harder.

1. Confirm thread matching and determine the method of sealing prescribed.
2. Mounting with appropriate tools and a certified torque.
3. I insert the tube to the position specified by the coupling instructions.
4. I'll check for pipe retention and no tow and no sharp fold.
5. After the approved procedure, I check the closeness and operation of the entire connection.

If instructions or limit values are missing, I will obtain them before starting. I do not force the threaded pair together, and I do not use the extra sealant to replace the wrong thread. For subsequent service, I leave access to the connection and sufficient space for the prescribed pipe disconnection procedure.

HACCP, cleaning and food production

In planning food equipment I treat HACCP as a hazard identification and control system related to the design and documentation of production. INOX connection due to material is not automatically suitable for each position on the line. First, I separate the auxiliary tyre from the connection where the medium or components could come into contact with the food.

I check if I can clean the surrounding area of the coupling, if the connection is accessible for inspection, and if the remains are present. The compatibility of the cleaner used, the concentration, temperature and the time of operation must be confirmed for the actual materials. I also check the gaskets and hose, not just the metal part.

For direct contact with food, I require evidence for a concrete complete assembly, including gaskets and hose. This description does not guarantee such suitability. GMP and traceability in pharmacy

The advantage of direct implementation can be less assembly and fewer threaded joints for inspection. I am not saying that it is cheaper than any competitive offer, or that it is close better. If another solution has the required evidence that your use needs, it is also an important part of the comparison.

Favourable, cheaper and actual savings

For EUR 3 with VAT, I can plan the cost of the connection itself. Whether the procedure will also be carried out favourably depends on the correct choice, the necessary evidence and the installation. Cheaper is not always what has the lowest price per piece. I am looking for savings in less wrong orders and less unnecessary intermediates, not in skipping checks.
