Description
KZe-M931: 12 mm for clear markings
What's in the box you've been opening for the third time? Sometimes it's just a short sign. Laminated marking strip KZe-M931, 12 mm x 8 m, black on matte silver backing (TZ/TZe) is designed to make labels to name the content, determine the storage site and edit items according to your system.
In labelling we recommend a simple start: select one drawer, one shelf or group of folders. Prepare short names. Then mark! This makes it easier to judge the size of the text and the length of the labels that suit you before you get to the whole space.
Black printing on matte silver background
This tape combines black printing and matte silver base. The color combination is interesting for users who want a calm look of labels on home folders, boxes or office accessories.
The product is a cassette tape in blue and transparent packaging. The label shall bear the marking KZe-M931, record LAMINATE and colour definition BLACK ON MATTSILVER TAPEThe width of the strap is 12 mm and the length is 8 m.
The label laminated describes the execution of the tape. Information on specific resistance and type of adhesive is not confirmed, so you need additional verification when choosing for more demanding situations.
Labelling at home and in the office
The best benefits come from labels whose meaning is also clear to other space users. Instead of general inscription Miscellaneous we recommend specific denominations such as Chargers either Guarantees.
- Document folders: separate contracts, instructions and guarantees and add a year if necessary.
- Accessories boxes: name the contents by groups, such as pens, batteries or sewing accessories.
- Home office drawers: identify office material sites that several people use.
- Storage policies: tick the sections to make the layout understandable even after cleaning.
- Hobby corner: introduce short markings for groups of parts and accessories.
These are suggestions from the organisation. Check the suitability of the strap for the selected surface and test one label before bulky labelling.
Compatibility of TZ and TZe
It says on the packaging Compatible for TZ wallpaper & TZe wallpaper. This is an indication of compatibility with TZ and TZe strips; individual printer models are not mentioned.
Check the type of cassette and the 12 mm width support in the instructions of your device before buying. The very similarity of the label is not enough to choose. The manufacturer's brand of this tape is not confirmed and the product is not presented as the original Brother.
Our advice: first check the device requirements, then select the color. That way you avoid buying a tape you couldn't use.
Tape comparison: what to check
When comparing to a competing strip, see more than the sales price. The table below shows the verified properties of KZe-M931 and the questions that should be asked in the second offer.
| Criterion | KZe-M931 | What to check on a competitive tape |
|---|
| Width | 12 mm | Does the width correspond to the marking device and space? |
| Length | 8 m | How many meters does the tape contain? |
| Colour combination | Black printing on matte silver background | Are the colour of the liner and its appearance comparable? |
| Implementation | Laminated strip | Is the laminated version explicitly mentioned? |
| Compatibility | TZ and TZe listed on the packaging | Is the fitness for your device confirmed? |
| Price | EUR 5 with VAT per cassette | Compare the price with VAT, length and possible delivery costs. |
The advantages of this offer can be assessed specifically: matte silver base, laminated design, 8 m strip and clearly stated selling price. Without verified data from the other product, we cannot claim that this strip is of a higher quality or cheaper than competition.
Favourable marking and consumption of tape
The sales price is EUR 5 with VAT. At a length of 8 m, this means EUR 0,625 with VAT per metre of tape, excluding any delivery costs. This is a useful starting point for comparing offers of different lengths.
For consumption planning, take a simple example: 20 5 cm long markings represent 1 m of tape before taking into account additional edges and cutting consumption. Actual consumption depends on the device and setting.
If you want to buy cheaply and check where it is cheaper, compare the same width, length, execution and compatibility. Also look for savings in consumption in preparation: check the spelling and length of the inscription before printing. You'll have to re-create the misspelled label.
Mat Silver Labels in Practice
Illustrational example of use, not the testimony of a real client: the home office user wants a uniform look of three folders and two boxes. Selects inscriptions Contracts, Guarantees, Instructions, Chargers and Office supplies.
In making this choice, you could especially appreciate the black printing on a matte silver surface and the possibility of making all the labels from the same tape. The example illustrates the method of use and the reason for the choice; it does not represent the verified opinion of the buyer or the guaranteed result.
Time savings start with the system
We recommend that you prepare a list of labels and use the boxes or folders you already have before printing. Reckless naming and text checking are simple ways to avoid unnecessary printing repetitions.
