Wireless microphone HP Poly Voyager Legend 50-M UC (AJ8V4AA#ABB)

Description

Wireless microphone HP Poly Voyager Legend 50-M UC (AJ8V4AA&numABB)

The phone rings just when you have to open the offer, find the order number and write down the agreed deadline. Hold your phone with one hand. You're trying to do everything else with the other one. A familiar situation?

When choosing equipment for business talks, I first look at something very practical: whether it helps me to do my job. Wireless microphone HP Poly Voyager Legend 50-M UC (AJ8V4AA&numABB) one-eared design allows conversation without holding the phone by the ear. The hands remain free for notes, documentation review and keyboard work. A little change. Very concrete benefits!

The selling price is EUR 150 with VAT per headset, not per pair.

Headphone for business calls

There are several potential buyers as telephone conversations are accompanied by very different jobs. Among them, I would point out:

• Office and administrative staffwho check documents, orders and appointments during the interview.
• Sellers and commercialists, who coordinate offers, answer questions and record customer needs.
• Customer support staffwho must listen to the interlocutor at the same time and review his case.
• Independent entrepreneurs and managers of small businesseswho are often the first contact person for customers and suppliers.
• Disperse and Logistics Coordinators, which by telephone coordinate takeovers, addresses and time agreements.
• Real estate brokers, consultants and service organiserswho spend a large part of the day talking.
• Employees working from home and need a practical way of conducting business talks.

Single earpiece: free hands at work

The most immediate advantage over telephone use is simple: the device does not need to be held against the ear during conversation. You can use both hands for what you're talking about right now.

The buyer dictates the product label? Write it down. The supplier checks each item of the tender? Open the document. Is there a new appointment? Enter it in the calendar. No moving the phone from hand to hand!

The one-eared design leaves the other ear uncovered. This can be beneficial for people who want to keep in touch with what is happening in the room during telephone conversations. However, it does not mean complete perception of the environment or compensation for attention at work.

The earhold represents the way the headset is installed and the long microphone goes towards the mouth. In choosing this form, I recommend checking the fit. If you use glasses, please also note the space behind their handle. Comfort is personal, so the appearance of the product cannot tell everything.

Comparison: phone in hand or earphone

We do not need unverified claims about other models to make a useful comparison. Compare two ways of doing the same work: normal telephone conversation with the phone next to the ear and the use of a earpiece.

The advantage of the headset is most tangible when you regularly work with documents or keyboards during calls. If you only have an occasional brief conversation, the need for accessories will be different. When buying, I recommend that you come from your working day.

Favourable, cheaper and actual savings

In business equipment, I find it useful to separate three questions: how much a product costs, how often I will use it and what problem it will help me solve. Word favourable and cheaper they do not in themselves state whether the purchase makes sense.

I therefore look for value in everyday use with this headset. How many times do you put your phone down during a conversation so you can search the document? How often do you type notes that you quickly wrote with one hand? Such actions help to assess the potential time savings, without making up percentages and promises.

To feel the size of the purchase we use a simple account: if you allocate the purchase price of EUR 150 with VAT to 250 days of use, that is EUR 0,60 per day. This is merely the allocation of the purchase price, not the life-cycle forecast or the guarantee of financial reimbursement.

Without comparing current prices of the same performance, I do not claim that the offer is cheaper than competition. However, I recommend a comparison according to the precise code AJ8V4AA&numABB, as a similar name does not yet provide the same performance.

Business talks and focused work

My practical decision to use the headset is as follows: use your free hands for tasks related to the current conversation. A record of the deal. Data check. It's an appointment confirmation. Thus, the equipment plays a clear role in your work.

Opening unconnected emails is not necessarily useful during an important conversation. The headset releases your hands, and you still direct your attention. So I recommend a simple note form:

• Who's calling and what does he need?
• Which product code or order number is important?
• What's the deal?
• Who takes the next step and until when?

Such a record has a direct useful value. At the end of the call, you know what to do.

Illustration of a Satisfied User

The next example is a fictitious demonstration of use, not a real testimony from a client.

Let's imagine a sales employee checking several items with the buyer. When making phone calls, he examines and corrects the document with one hand. He can use both keyboard deadlines during the same conversation and keep track of agreed changes.

His positive experience in this illustration shows the following: It's best for me to have both hands free during the conversation. I can review the offer with the buyer and write the deal down immediately. Just what I needed!

An example shows the concrete benefit of the design. It does not represent a user test, an assessment of sound quality or a promise of a specified time savings.

HP Poly: thought out choice of equipment

When choosing a specific headset, I advise you to follow practical criteria: appropriate form, verified integration and reasonableness according to the frequency of use.

The economic attitude towards equipment also begins in a deliberate purchase. Select the product for the actual need and be sure to execute before ordering. This reduces the possibility of buying the wrong equipment, which you are not using.
